This picture is like a double protection for us (the dead tree) under the sky. The rainbow; God's promise of shining 7 types of light to cover us.
This is the Blessing for Mothers on Mother's Day from our Church. It came with an umbrella; which when open, make us stand under an open sky with sunny clouds. It came with a folding Bag with Deuteronomy 28:12
The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand
Honestly, I wonder for a week why Pastor choose this verse to bless mothers and Happy Mother's Day? Also what did it actually mean for mothers to understand. Today after service I have this revelation. And so I share:
Pastor said our weaknesses are the areas that God's blessing is at most abundance; Where SIN abound, GRACE SUPER abound. (more and then add on some more). If we are able to realize this point of God's heart to us. Then in whatever weather it is outside the our Umbrella of GRACE, we are still standing under an open sunny sky. Our sky is always sunny because of God's GRACE upon us. That is when I am weak then I am strong.
As mothers, we all know how difficult it is being a mother. Yet did we not choose to be mother? YES. Before our child's birth. we never believe it was so hard right? We sometime even thought that it was really cool and fun having the joy of motherhood. But looking after a child is a total life commitment. No holidays, no off days until we leave this world for good – we are mother, then mother-in-law, then grandmother and great grand mother if we live long enough. When our child was born as a helpless baby, we toll day and night over them. Then the tolling improve but change into other forms. worries is always there. At early state, at least they obey us, then they learn to outgrow us then we lost them only to find them back after they themselves become mothers too. Then another kind of worries begin. We begin a parenting partnership with them. Until the end of our life on earth.
If you look at the whole chapter of Deuteronomy 28; It is about Blessings for Obedience. Obedience must come in understanding of God's heart for his beloved Creations and especially those He has choose to be His people. – The Jew. However, when Jesus came, He has included the Gentiles too. So we are blessed upon all blessings given to the Jew. Just believe and claim them, because we are choose and BELIEVE THAT GRACE.
Under God's Grace. He will send rain at the proper time from his rich treasury in the heavensto give the rain to your land in its season; Which means God will rain us His rich treasures, treasures of helps upon us at all proper timing. This pouring down of raining is from an open sky of Grace.
And will bless all the work you do; Which mean whether we do it right or wrong, as long as we do it and believe in God's Grace, All our works are blessed and God will turn all impossible to possible. All thing will be turn to good for those who believe God. That Believe in God will turn all things blessed in all we do.
E.g. The more impossible we have to go through with our child, the strong a mother we are. Our child is our best trainer in living life.

The west treasured the Roses. The East treasured the Lotus. Both flowers are of prime important to us. They not only look and smell nice. They are also very useful and edibles.
The Roses family has over 100 species. They form a group of erect shrubs, climbing or trailing plants. Their stems are often armed with sharp prickles. While those native in Europe, North America deciduous. The South east Asia species are evergreen or nearly so. Roses are insect-pollinated in nature. The fruit are berry-like structure called a Rose Hip. Which are very rich in vitamin C. However, this source of vitamin are largely eaten by fruit-eating birds and in turn disperse the seed in their droppings. The dropping provide the best nourishment for the young Rose plant to grow. This is the wonder of nature.
The uses of Rose - Rose Oil, Rose water, Rose syrup, Jam, jelly are products of the Roses. The Rose Hip are all cure for health and aging. Dried roses buds for Rose Tea.
While the Roses are found widely in the world. Lotus are only in Asia and Queensland, Australia.
The Lotus are national flower of India and Vietnam. A native to Tropical Asian nations. It is commonly cultivated in water gardens. The ancients love stories of this flower are many. Its symbolized virtues of sexual purity. Hindus revere it with divinities. Vishnu and Lakshmi often portrayed on a pink lotus. Goddess of Mercy "Kwan Yin" also sit on a lotus flower. This plant is cited extensively within the Puranic and Vedic Literature. So are with the Chinese; "I love the lotus because while growing from the mud, it is unstained." Too many stories to relate. My focus on this posting is its usefulness.
Every part of the Lotus is useful. It is edible:-
The flower seeds: tasty and rich in goodness. Eat it raw, steam, dried or like pop corn. Also as pastries filling – moon cake, Pao etc. In Vietnam, the bitter tasting germs, found at the centre of the seed, are made into a tisane.
The young leaves: raw or dried is good wrapper for food and medicinal use. In Korea, the leaves and dried white lotus petals are used as a tisane.
The petals are sometimes used for garnishing. A high-class way of adding favor to the tea leaves is to enclose the tea leaves in the heart of the flower before the flower close for the night. The tea leaves taste better after an overnight stay in the lotus flower.
The Young Lotus stems are used as salad ingredient in Vietnamese cuisine.
The rhizome; use from steam soup, deep-fried, stir-fried, braised dishes, or raw juice for digestion.
The rootlets are often pickled with rice vinegar, sugar, chili and/or garlic. It has a crunchy texture with sweet-tangy flavors. In Asian Cuisine, it is popular with salad, prawn, sesame oil, or coriander leaves. The roots are rich in dietary fiber, vitamin C, potassium, thiamin, riboflavin, Vitamin B6, phosphorus, copper, manganese while very low in saturated fat.
The stamens of the flower can be dried and made into a fragrant herbal tea.
A unique fabric from the lotus plants fibers is produced only at Inle Lake. Myanmar. The fabric is use to make special robes for Buddha images. called the (Lotus Robe).
Roses and Lotus are, by far, the most wonderful of all flowers I know. They not only smell and look beautiful. Their usefulness are many too.

When I was a Buddhist, one of the most hateful thing that I dislike about Christian is that "I am a Sinner". So it seem that, if I am a Buddhist, I am not a born Sinner, but when I become a Christian I am immediately branded a Sinner. As I Buddhist, I sinned and believe that my every action will bear a reaction. This I gladly accepted. But not to be branded as a Sinner.
Then, next they want me to repent….. FOR WHAT????? God says" the truth will set you free".
From the passed weeks, Pastor focus on Bible verse to give us a proper concept of what the bible is really telling us.
The propose of the Bible is not about God's anger upon His Creations. It is about, God's beginning propose for us and what went wrong and God seek a way for us to return back to Him. As a Believer, we are able to claim this blessed assurance. However, how much we are able to claim, depend on how much we understand God's heart. The four Gospels from Jesus four disciples' point of viewing Jesus give us the picture of God the Son. If we are too self-conscious we will not be able to be Christ-conscious.
John 5:24 -Jesus said: "I tell you the truth, those who listen to my message and believe in God who sent me have eternal life. They will never be condemned for their sins, but they have already passed from death into life. "
All sins are pardonable in Christ. This is His given Grace. It was His finish work at the CROSS for us.
Repentance - Is a change of your mind to renew your outlook to Jesus act at the CROSS. Shake-off that Sin-conscious. Shake-off that self-sins conscious. e.g. A Honorable man paid all your debt for you. That debts is already considered paid. But in your own mind, you don't believe and don't accept that already paid debt, then you are still debt conscious although it is already paid.
Peter denial of Jesus: He was filled with remorse, when he realized what he has done. But the goodness of God in Christ reminded the disciples to tell Peter, that he has raise again. He met Peter in private and then publicly embrace Peter. Peter who is so close to Jesus also denial Him. What about us. – Jesus embrace us for what we are.
In the old Testament, We see repentance first then God forgive. After Christ, Jesus just forgive and love us first. His Love cause us to reflect back His goodness. This is our transformation, in Christ.
Romans 2:4 – Paul said: "Don't you see how wonderfully kind, tolerant, and patient God is with us? Does this mean nothing to you? Can't you see that his kindness is intended to turn you from your sin."
Mark 1: 4 – 5 and Luke 16:16 – "Until John the Baptist, the law of Moses and the messages of the prophets were your guides. But now that the Good News of the Kingdom of God is preached, and everyone is eager to get in." - John the Baptist's ministry was the dividing line between the Old and New Testaments. With the arrival of Jesus came their realization of all the prophets' hopes. Jesus emphasized that his kingdom fulfilled the law (old testament): it did not conceal it. His was not a new system, but the culmination of the old. The same God who worked through Moses was working through Jesus.
Acts 20:21 – Paul's message was simple and clear, change our mind concerning God – as a loving God – The Christ given to us. The Grace given to us.
Acts 10: 43 – 46 – Peter spoke of Christ to the Jews and Gentiles present. As they were just listening, the Holy Spirit pour upon them all; Jews and Gentiles alike. The Holy Spirit were freely given to all who want to believe.
Acts 11: 17 – 18 – Peter said;" And since God gave these Gentiles the same gift (Holy Spirit) he gave us (Jew) when we believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I to stand in God's way?"
Acts 13 – Paul and Barnabas were sent by the Holy Spirit to Cyprus. When the Holy Spirit was spoken the Believing Jew and Gentiles alike were moved by the Spirit of God. v38 – 39 : "Brothers listen! We are here to proclaim that through this man Jesus there is forgiveness for you sins. v39 Everyone who believes in Him is declared right with God – something the law of Moses could never do."
From the above; Lets us repent and renew our view of God. That he has provided a way for us in Lord Jesus. Upon His Grace, let us be transform by Him from glory to glory into His goodness.
Remorseful - The poor Judas is the best example. Matthew 27: 3 – 5 When Judas, who had betrayed Jesus, realized that Jesus have been condemned to die, he was filled with remorse. So he took the thirty pieces of silver back to to leading priests and the elders. v4 "I have sinned" He declared. "for I have betrayed an innocent man." …… Judas threw the money… went out and hanged himself. (if only he could wait for three days more, Jesus could have a chance to forgive him.)
Reflecting upon ourself; we choose to condemn ourself, blame upon others around us. Example: A man killed his wife and children and blame it to the wife unfaithfulness and then killed himself.
Luke 15: 1 – 32 ; first story about the shepherd left his 99 sheep, in search of that lost sheep. In spite of the shepherds' effort, the sheep must be willing to be carried by the shepherd again. we must have that willing heart to claim.
Second story of the Lost Coin – If we are that lost coin, how will that coin know how to repent? Jesus just embrace us. We must recognise that we are that coin.
Third and most famous of all – The Lost Son – Before the son was able to tell his father that he was remorseful, his father all ready provide him with all things. We must be willing to embrace too.
All Jesus' parables just lead to tell us; Repent and have a good opinion of Me. I am your Grace, given to you freely. Have faith and believe and accept and I will do the rest. YOU REST.
Malachi 3:2 -3 says:"But who will be able to endure it when He comes? Who will be able to stand and face him when he appears? For he will be like a blazing fire that refines metal, or like a strong soap that bleaches clothes. v3: He will sit like a refiner of silver, burning away the dross. He will purify the Levites,(Keeper of the LAW), refining them like gold and silver, so that they may once again offer acceptable sacrifices to the Lord.
This is what a silver smith do to refine silver:
He held a piece of silver over the fire and let it heat up. He hold the silver in the middle of the fire where the flames were hottest, as to burn away the dross. He has to sit there the entire time holding and watching the silver burning. Totally focus on the silver. Receiving the same heat as the silver. If the silver was left a moment too long in the flames, it would be destroyed. The silver is fully refined when the silver smith see his own image in the silver.
In the process of refining metals, the raw metal is heated with fire until it melts. The impurities separate from it and rise to the surface. They are skimmed off, by the smith, leaving the pure metal. Without this heating and melting, there could be no purifying. As the impurities are skimmed off the top. The reflection of the smith appears in the clear, pure surface. As we are purified by God, his is with us. God says that the Levites (Israel's Leaders) should be especially open to his purification process in their lives. The strong soap was alkali used to whiten cloth, also used here as a symbol of the purifying process.
This is our God: If today you are feeling the heat of the fire, remember God is with you and His eye is fix on you, watching you until He sees His image in you. So whatever you are going through, be assure that you will be a better person in the end.
"Life is a coin, You can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once."
Hebrews chapter 6: Tell of certain basic teachings are essential for all believers to understand. Those basics include the importance of faith, the foolishness of trying to be saved by good deeds, the meaning of baptism and spiritual gifts, and the act of resurrection and eternal life. To go on the maturity in our understanding, we need to know that Christ is above all; The Perfect High Priest, The prefect redemption, The prefect gift from God. And we who believe will be in HIM and with HIM and has eternal life with HIM.
:Hebrews 9: 28 So Also Christ died once for all time as a sacrifice to take away the sins of many people. He will come again, not to deal with our sins,but to bring salvation to all who are eagerly waiting for him.
10: 1 – 3 When people gathered for the offering of sacrifices on the Day of Atonement, they were reminded of their sins, and they undoubtedly felt guilty all over again. What they need most was forgiveness – the permanent, powerfully, sin-destroying forgiveness we have from Christ. When we confess a sin to him, we need never think of it again. Christ has forgiven us, and the sin no longer exists.
Heb 10:9 – 19 – We got to cancel the old covenant in our mind in order to put into effect a far better one. With Christ's death and resurrection, the covenant is renewed by Christ as a Grace gift. Jesus's death removed the curtain in the temple. All believers may walk into God's presence at any time now.
Here are the 3 W's
God's WILL to save us.
Jesus's WORK to save us
Holy Spirit WITNESS and seal it by living in us.
So that we, in Christ, have a blessed assurance to raise from glory to glory.
10:39 But we are not like those who turn away from God to their own destruction. We are the faithful ones, whose souls will be saved.

I got to begin somewhere. !!!!
The easy way is from the Bible: Genesis chapter 2: v21 - Lord God caused man to sleep, took out one of the man's ribs and closed up the opening. v22 Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib, and He brought her to the man. " This one is bone from my bone, and flesh from my flesh! " said the man. She will be called "Woman", because she was taken from "Man". v24 – This explains why a man leaves his father and mother and is joined to his wife, and the two are united into one.
So The Creator's intention was very noble. – Equips man with a helper. Man gives life to woman; Woman gives life to the world. Each role carries exclusive privileges; there is no room for thinking that which sex is superior to the other.
v24 – God gave marriage as a gift to man and woman. They were created prefect for each other. Marriage was not just for convenience, nor was it brought about by any culture. It was instituted by our Creator and has three basic aspects:
- The man leaves his parents and in a public act, promises himself to his wife.
- The man and woman are joined together by taking responibility for each other's welfare and by loving the mate above all others;
- The two are united into one in the intimacy and commitment of sexual union that is reserved for marriage.
All strong marriages include all three of these aspects.
I attended a Marriages talk and this is what I learned about SEX in marriage:
Everyday, the things that husband and wife don't see eye to eye are many. They are like the dust collected on the leaves of the tree. So you can imagine, how much dust it is collected everyday. SEX is like rain fall. A good session of SEX is like a heavy down pour of rain, washing clean all the dust collected on the leaves.
If it is very difficult to mirror the good side of our man. I hope this little tip helps.

What You Should Know About Osteoporosis

When you say "osteoporosis", we immediately think it is caused by lack
of calcium. Doctors will recommend you to take more calcium, vitamin
D, and sun exposure or sunbath.
However, the latest findings in various hospitals show that the
majority of osteoporosis patients are not caused by lack of calcium.
Their bones are complete and absorbing calcium. So what is wrong with
them? CT scan results show no signs of osteoporosis, yet, the patients
easily suffer from bone fractures. What's going on?
Here, we came to know about a new strain of osteoporosis that was
discovered since about two years ago.
The most common type of bone fracture nowadays is "spinal fracture".
If spinal fracture occurs, the risk of death is eight times higher
than any other type of bone fractures.
What is the reason that bones are weakening? Why do patients suffer
from broken spine?
It is an important factor to have bone strength, not just bone
density.. Bone collagen connective tissues are also an important
factor to create flexibility.
Many of us didn't realize this at first sight. In the past,
osteoporosis was viewed more on bone strength, and we never hear and
realize about these connective tissues.
To improve bone density, it's a common knowledge to do regular
exercise and have a higher calcium intake like by eating calcium-rich
dried fishes.
But now, we have to think of a new measure to maintain bone collagen
connective tissues to have enough flexibility. From this simple
measure, you may escape from the risk of death caused by fracture of
spinal bones.
To measure or determine strong bone and bone mineral density are not
as easy as what you may think.
Clinically, it has to pass various tests.
Well, what is the major cause that leads to reduction of bone collagen
connective tissues? Do you believe that it is because of high blood
sugar?
The major component of bone, which is about one half of its structure,
is calcium, and collagen is the other half. Collagen fibres run
through hundreds of bone materials (calcium), and the bones that we
know are made. You can imagine that the bone materials (calcium) are
somewhat bonded by collagen and kept with reasonable flexibility. However,
when blood sugar increases, the collagen will be joined as if there is an
adhesive cement around, and the bone will become brittle.
To avoid the increase of blood sugar, exercise is one of the best
things to do. Aside from it, we recommend you to take a balanced diet
that contains vitamin B12 and vitamin B6, and foods such as mackerel,
sardines, clams, folic acid, broccoli, spinach, garland chrysanthemum,
soybeans, and asparagus.
By taking these foods, you can have strong flexible bones.
## 3 COMMON MYTHS ON OSTEOPOROSIS
1. Myth: Young people should not worry about osteoporosis.
Wrong. You will not realize that you have osteoporosis until you have
this condition in advanced stages. That is why it is very important to
begin proper nutrition and regular exercise as early as childhood to
promote healthy bones.
2. Myth: Only women get osteoporosis.
Wrong. Although less common, men can get osteoporosis, too. 20% of
those affected by osteoporosis are men.
3. Myth: Drinking plenty of milk will help you prevent osteoporosis.
Not entirely true. Even though drinking milk is a good way to get
calcium, it is not the only factor in preventing osteoporosis. There
are others as mentioned in this article.

The Flu Virus Named "BELL"
I shall begin my story: About 10 years ago, I was having a very bad flu, While flying back from USA to Singapore. I recovered about 2 months later. This is to say the flu was really bad. A week after the recovery. One morning, It seems that I had symptoms of Stroke. The right side of my brain was numb and the left side of my face was "falling Off" – All the muscles relaxed; – only at the left side of my face. Only the left face was affected, not the left brain. It did not affect the rest of my body. Eating was difficult because no saliva at the left side, also no sensation in my mouth. The left side of the mouth can't close either. The whole left face "droop off". My left eye lid can't close. My left ear can't hear. The first thing that came to my mind was " Is this a Lupus relapse?" After seeing my doctor; It is not Lupus and neither is it – Stroke.
But at that time. It has no name. They explained that they seen cases like my; cases of bad flu, under different air-pressure, cause the Flu virus to go to the brain and mutate there. They then attack the muscles in the brain. The Ear, Nose and month are affected. The right brain was attacked, thus the left face show the symptoms. The cause is in the control of the right brain. – right brain control left body and left brain control right body.
I healed after 6 months. Normal but not too normal. I can't hear normally in my left ear. It is not possible to wear Hearing Aid either, because the ear prefer to hear and don't hear at it own timing. I live these 10 years in "Selective Hearing". Something the brain can't heal or control either.
In Mid December 2011 – About the time, The Association hold their public talk in Chinese Chamber of Commerce. One morning, I caught some rain fall after the Exercise. Being always bearing all the Pains in my body. I can't tell whether I had Flu. I was just very tried and needed lots of rest. At the same time, I was also experiencing good progress with Rejuvenate Exercise. (Refer to older posting on my 1st experience on "QI" flowing upward from my Spinal Cord). The follow week, I experienced "BELL".
My right eye don't close properly. The whole right face don't function. Like 10 years ago. But this time its very mild. Because of my previous knowledge, I took it easy. But by Christmas, my family and visitors insisted I see my doctor. True all my believes. This time it has a name: BELL.
I believe this is how it happened: We do "Qi Kwee Ling Tai" as in "Head Stand" it Yoga. But Master said that most of us are already weak at the neck area. Some also with High Blood Pressure. It is better to do it with focus at the "Ling Tai" which is a meridian point just at the top of the forehead, near the hairline area. When we do this the "Qi" is able to nourish the brain. However, High Blood Pressure people have to do it in moderation. Use you own wisdom to judge for yourself – to do or not to do. For me, the Flu virus must had enter my left brain this time. So it mutate and when strong enough, attack the brain. Cause the brain to numb up. and stop working. This problem cause the right face to show all the symptoms similar to Stroke. The good side is it will heal faster than Strokes. The bad side is it will not heal completely. Especially at the middle ear – The most sensitive part of the ear.
So since 20 December 2011, I been deaf at the right ear too. I can't understand the noises coming out of the Hand Phone. Doctor advise to do MIR. Then WHAT? – just to confirm. I chose not to do so and trust fully in the Rejuvenate Exercise.
Last week, I experience loud ringing in my whole head, about 3 times during the days. I stayed home, having faith that it is a passing thing.
This morning, someone called me on my hand phone. I realised I am able to hear clearing every word she said.
Regeneration is a progress. Have faith in this Exercise. 10 years ago, I went on a "Wild Goose chase" – waste time and money and stress and fear. This time I chose to wait and I am rewarded.
NOTE:
- Don't do "Qi Kwee Ling Tai" if you know you have a flu.
- Make sure rain drops don't wet your head top ( wear hat) after exercise.
- Wash your hand only 20 to 30 minutes after Exercise.
- Don't allow water to touch your body, after exercise.
- Drink water only 15 minutes later.
I sang this song for many times and love it. But today, at Service Time, I had a revelation. So I share. I want to put into record and ground this blessing in my heart.
Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine!

I never relate that this Blessing of Assurance freely given to me by Jesus is that Jesus is truly MY.
Therefore because of this Assurance, everyday I foretaste His Glory Divine.
I am Heir of His Salvation, WILL by God, to be WASHED by Jesus's BLOOD, WITTNESS by the Holy Spirit, as a NEW BORN CREATION IN SPIRIT AND TRUTH.
